Veg Hakka Noodles

Servings - 3

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1 litre

Noodles - 100 grams

Oil - 50 milliliters

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Green Chili - 1 teaspoon

Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 50 grams

Bell Pepper (Yellow, Red, Green) - 150 grams

Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon

Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a heavy skillet, add 1 litre of water. Put the noodles in the skillet and allow them to cook. Drain and rinse them in cold water.

2. Take another heavy skillet and add 50 milliliters of oil, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon salt and stir.

3. Add 50 grams onions, 150 grams bell pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar and saute for 2 - 3 minutes until they are half done.

4. Toss and stir fry for 2 - 4 minutes.

5. Serve hot and enjoy.
